What internet bandwidth / speed do I need?
Our service delivers high-quality streams with the latest H264 technology, which compresses the data efficiently. Most of our sports channels have 60FPS(frames per second) for smooth motion.
However, switching channels may cause a temporary increase in the H264 data rate to load the new picture.
Therefore, our service needs at least 25 Mbps of internet speed for each connection/device.
For example, if you want to watch 2 TV’s simultaneously, you will need at least 50 Mbps for the best viewing experience.
Before you buy a subscription, please use only OUR speedtest tool to measure the speed of your device to our servers.
You should always run the speed test on the same device that you will use to stream/watch.
For instance, if you have an Android Box, you should open the web browser on your Android Box and run the speedtest.
Do not use your phone or any other device to test the speed of your Android Box, or vice versa.

IMPORTANT: There are certain situations where you will receive 25Mbit/s and still experience issues.
These situations will require usage of our recommended VPNs. Please see below for more information.
Please use a VPN as a resolution to any buffering/freezing that you may experience.
Internet service providers are throttling and slowing down connections to our servers which leads to buffering and freezing issues you may experience. This isn’t something that can be fixed from our end and can happen at anytime even if it worked perfectly for you without a VPN in the past. You can rest assured that it is our mission to provide you with the best service available and we continuously keep our servers in tip top shape to ensure all our customers receive only the best
Frequently Asked Questions:
————————–
Q: What is a VPN?
A: A VPN hides your internet activity from your internet provider, so they can’t see what you do online or how you use your internet.
————————–
Q: My internet provider said they don’t throttle my internet or reduce my speed. Is that true?
A: Based on our experience with many customers, we can tell you that internet providers often deny or avoid telling their customers that they throttle their speed. When you use a VPN, the problem usually goes away, which shows that the internet provider is slowing down your speed.
————————–
Q: Why do my HULU, Amazon, Netflix accounts work fine without any buffering?
A: That’s because our servers are different and you need a VPN to prevent your internet provider from lowering your speed when you use our service.
————————–
Q: Which VPNs do you suggest?
A: We suggest these VPN providers:
-Ipvanish
-Surfshark VPN
-Nord VPN
————————–

Q: I already have a VPN but I still have issues.
A: Not every VPN provider is the same. Please use one of our suggested VPN providers. If you already have one of them and still have buffering, please try a different server location on the VPN.
These are some good VPN server locations:
-USA
-Canada
-Denmark
-Sweden
-Switzerland
-Norway
-Latvia
-Finland
You will have to try different server locations to find the best one for you.
Check the website of your VPN provider for how to change locations on the VPN.
If after trying the above steps you’re getting speeds higher than 25Mbit, and you’re having difficulties, please take a screenshot or clear picture of the the speedtest and email us the screenshot to : [email protected]
